does anyone know where to get free shih tzu puppies in...

in rochester, new york? if any one lives around here or knows a breeder around here. we want a brown and white or black and white female. thanks :) woah guys chill. if you dont live around here then dont respond because people might know people and how to get a free one. i always see adds about other free pure bread pups, shih tzus are no diff.

1. check out your pound, its not for free, but they wont charge you thoursands of dollars and you get to save a life:)
2. No breeder will give you a free puppy Not even a puppymill or backyard breed..unless it was dead. But that's not the point. Dogs aren't Free. You have to pay for vet bills, toys, food, training, spay/neuter, collars/leashes. emergencies, licenses & ect. Go to the dollar store and get a keychain. One time fee, no mess, no bills.
