Our three week old boxer puppies have pus filled spots like pimples on their tummies and near their back legs?

Can you please tell me what this is and how to treat them?

1. Are you sure you're not seeing tiny nipples?
2. it is from being in unclean areas. I knoiw puppies will be puppies and pee everywhere but you have to change their bedding every 2-3 hours to prevent this. how would you react (body) if you had to lay in your own mess. Puppies are not all fun and games, there is a lot of work involved gettiing to 8 weeks.
3. It could be anything, its EXTREMLY bad for them to have problems now. Take them to the vet, ask to see the nurse its free. It could be infected flea bites, allergic reaction, no one will know but a vet. And no one will buy them if they are ill, so its best to go to the vet asap.
