are brown tabby maine coon cats popular and available in many areas?are they hard to find?

i want a kind furry companion and a brown tabby maine coon would be ideal for my flat.im currently living in Dubai and hoping there will be a pet store or shelter that has these type of cats. Are they common and easy to find?

1. Dubai isn't a great place for a Maine Coon as they're more of a colder weather animal. Plus I think you'd have a hard time getting one in Dubai. Why don't you rescue a cat? PS - in general no Maine Coon's aren't super common nor easily available. I have one but she was a rescue, I wasn't looking for a MC specifically.
2. Maybe a persian would be easier to find where you are?? Maine Coons are not very easy to find, especially at a shelter! Though there may be a long haired tabby at the shelter?
3. They are pretty big too and like other answerers have said they prefer colder weather.
