I have a 4 month old english bulldog puppy and i want to get him neutered as soon as possible, but his testicles haven't dropped yet. Whats the average age of a dog for their testicles to drop? answerss will be appreciated thanksss!

You don't have to wait for them to drop in order to have the neutering done. Consult your vet, but they are neutering dogs earlier and earlier nowadays, and I am sure 4 months is not too soon. I had a dog once who had one undescended testicle (it wasn't ever going to come down), and we still had him neutered -- they just make a little incision and take it out. My current dog was also neutered before his dropped.
A dog's testicles will usually drop between the ages of 4-6 months. Veterinarians usually suggest waiting until the dog is 6 months old before neutering. This allows time for the testicles to drop naturally so that surgery does not become too invasive. If his testicles have not dropped by 6 months, consult your vet. One or both may be undescended, which can cause serious health problems if left untreated.
You should wait a couple more months before you neuter him anyway. Give him a bit more time to develop properly. They should drop by the time he is 6 months old. A retained testicle (cryptorchid) should be removed by the time they are 7-9 months old. A dog with a retained testes has a 13 times higher risk for tumors, than dogs with normally decended testes.
