2. maybe from a shelter or petfinder, but you won't from a breeder. english bulldogs cost over $1000 because they are only created through artificial insemination because the adults bodies are too boxy and bulky to copulate naturally, they are born through c-section because heads are too big to make it through birth canal, and they are later kept in an incubater because mothers will often smother babies by rollng on them. they also tend to have more health problems than most other breeds.
