1. Breeds worldwide? Over 450. ADDED: Now it just occurred to me that you might mean groups. Seven groups in the AKC. Working, herding, terrier, hound, sporting, non- sporting and Toy.
2. a ton if you count all the poos and doodles and all the mutts =]
3. It did look like you were asking about how many Groups. But just in case you did and you want the different breed, that is hard to say. There's alot of Dog Clubs throughout the world. You have to be more specific. there Each has their own Groups and some different breeds.
