Cross Breeds

What breeds do you think my puppies are?

Hello, I was hoping that you could please help me in identifying which breeds of dog my two puppies are. They both just turned one in June and both weigh around 50 lbs. I bought them from a pet store, this was, unfortunately, before I had ever heard of Puppy Mills (not that I wouldn't have gotten my dogs, they are both very well behaved and in excellent health) so i had thought that a responsible breeder had sold them to the store (I was only barely 12). The people working at the pet store had said that Lily was a Lab/German Shepherd cross and that Sophie was a Lab/Boxer cross. 4. There just mutts which is good because pure bred dogs from pet stores often come with a slew of genetic problems that mutts (because their generes are more diverse) are free of. Thats why its so important to only breed pure breds who have a perfect health record for at least 3 generations.
5. Honestly I work with dogs everyday! I am a groomer at my local Petco. The cross breeds that you have listed definately matches up with them. Absolutely beautiful dogs. IF you are really into getting to know what theyre genes lead to ask your veterinarian Im sure they can do a blood test and figure out their tree. They do it at my vet office. You know them people and their designer dogs..lol Just gotta know what they are..
