Dog Breeds? Easy Question.?

I'm looking for a small dog, cross bred. It needs to be hypoallergenic and quiet relatively smart and also cute lol thanks so much!

5. Go to your local shelter, rescue, or humane society and you'll find many dogs that fit most of your description. Keep in mind, though, that NO dog is truly hypoallergenic. You can also check petfinder.com. Stay away from moron BYBs and puppy mills who purposely mix breeds and produce mutts with health and behavioral problems.
6. First off, why does it HAVE to be a mixed breed? If you are thinking that these dogs are smarter or healthier, let me just say that those rumors have NEVER been proven and are unlikely to be found true. Second, poodles and some terriers have lower amounts of dander thus--hypoallergenic. All dogs are loud to some extent. You can't get a dog that doesn't bark (unless you are talking about a basenji) I think your best bet it to go to petfinder.com and look at all the cuties in your area that need help.
