Father is retired, no pension. Income is from 1 house rent. Wich ITR form he shuld use.ITR2 has many sections?

ITR2 form has too many sections which do not apply like capital gains, horse race income etc ... What shuld be done for these. Or shuld we use some other form? Please answer
