Do appartment breed restrictions include mixed breeds aswell?

I have a Female Rottwiler/ Lab mix and was wondering if appartments include mixed breeds in their breed restrictions? She has the body of a lab but the markings of a rottwiler if you want to see what she looks like: http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y227/darakablue/missypuppy.jpg

1. She's gorgeous!!! It probably varies from apartment to apartment--so you'd have to ask. If they really cared, you could always say she's part hound, dachshund, or some other breed that comes in black/tan.
2. Are you positive on her breed mix? If you are not 100% sure of her breed, then you can just list her as a lab mix. You can always ask, but most apartments do tend to include mixes if you are sure of the mix.
3. just tell the apartment people that you have a mixed breed dog you got from the spca and your not sure on her breed they can always see her and evaluate her behavior if shes a good dog they shouldnt have any problem with her being there.. she is a very cute dog and honslty she doesnt look like a rotty at all i think you will be ok!
