where can i get jobs that help endangered animals or take care of animals?

im 14 years old and i want to get a job that helps animals or if i can work at a pet store or anything. i looove animals.. the only problem is im allergic to fur and im very very VERY shy. how can i help animals even with allergies and social phobia? also, how can i get a job when im only 14? please help me!!! please :(((((((
