where was the first Alaskan snow dog race and when.?

1. why is this question in martial arts?? No dogs I know practice kung fu.
2. You are in the wrong category but I think the Eskimos have used dog-sleds as transportation ever since they inhabited the land. I doubt there is written record of the first race.
