What Is the Title of This Movie?

All i can remember is that its about a dog who gets lost in a stor (not snow)! His owner is a little girl. He gets taken care of these animals ( I think rabbits ) then he gets sick and then the owner finds him again! I'm not sure but i think the dogs name is either happy or lucky! PLEASE HELP IF YOU KNOW THE TITLE! Its about a dog that gets lost and is taken care of by rabbits and its a cartoon/animated movie! The dog gets lost in a storm and is seperated by the owner which is a girl! PLZ TELL ME THE TITLE
