Anyone know the name of this 10 hour long movie????

My friend let me borrow this movie one time and it was REALLY good. It was 10 HOURS long I believe it came out around 1999, about a girl who lives in NY with her father who is a mechanic of the apartment they live in, and a prince that was turned into dog. The prince (dog) goes through a mirror and trolls follow so does "Wolf[man]" who is sent by the evil queen who was inspired by the queen from Snow White to find the prince (dog) The girl runs into the dog and "Wolf". Wolf falls in love with her. The girl's father is given a bean and makes bad choices so the cops are after him. The dog leads the girl and her father through the portal back to his castle. Wolf eventually finds them and helps them on their journey to turn the prince back to a man. Please tell me the name of this movie! I would apprechiate the help.
