Know your Dog Movies ???

I have watched both Snow Dogs and 8 Below several times and I think that Demon from Snow Dogs and Max from 8 Below are the same dog. Anyone help me out and tell me if thats true and what's the dog's real name ?? I think that dog is beautiful.
