- yah its true but idk why - maybe because we have so much fun in it too?
- Heh...that's cute. My dog would probably hate the snow...he's a pure Southern California sun-dog.
- Because it keeps em' cool and they can eat the snow when they get thirsty.
- Depends on the dog My two dogs do not like the snow
- Because it is fun to play in the snow... they can eat it, jump into it roll in it and basically enjoy it the same as any human child does. PS heck even I enjoy playing in the snow and I am 23 years old!! lol I always roll a big snowball in my yard for my dogs to play on and pee on they love it.. I even taught my dog to jump up and stand on top the snowball and let me brush him....LOL
- I guess the same reason my kids do.
- because it cools them off. its nothing bad we all played in the snow and dogs are adorable in the snow. Snow Puppies!
- i don't know! snow gives my dog the zoomies. if i put him out in the yard with fresh snow, he runs around and around like a maniac. he also likes chomping and eating it. pretty funny to watch!
- Dogs love EVERYTHING......that is the best part of owning a dog.....Your dog will help you see a better side of life....
- Yah my dog does too. Watch out for the yellow snow, Cause that is where the Huskies go!!!! I believe you live either in Colorado or the midwest (like me!)
- Well, it's really fun to make doggy snow angels of course! Not to mention the fact that he can "write" his name in the snow.
- I have a Golden Retriever, (that replaced the other one) that is the funniest thing I have ever seen. He puts his nose in the snow and runs like crazy. It's like watching a snow plow in miniature! He is a great bird dog too! I keep him up to snuff by throwing something for him to retrieve. Yesterday we got a fresh snow. I made snow balls and tossed them for him to retrieve. He first started to look around for a ball, but couldn't find it. Then he started gathering up a mouth full of snow and bringing that back! By the time he got back with it, the snow had melted. We had a ball! Snow ball that is! LOL
- its light and fluffy
- for the same reason humans will jump, slide and roll in it, and sometimes pay big bucks to do so (downhill or xcountry skiing, sledding, tubing, etc...). snow is just a blast- it offers a different sensation, and lets you know that you are alive!!!!!! another possibility- b/c its there. they also love grass, mud, dirt, sand, etc.... l0l
- i have a Collie. she doesn't like the snow at all!! shed rather sit on couch lol
- My dog does NOT like the snow and cold but she is only 1.5 pounds and gets cold easily!
- my dogs hate the snow
