Why does my Pekignese dog like to lick(yellow) snow thats been peed on by on and eat poop by other dogs?

My 16 month old Pekignese dog likes to lick the snow (yellow snow) thats been peed on by other dogs and she also likes to eat dog or cat turds .How can we break her of this nasty nasty habit . id like to know why she does this and how we can we break her of this disguisting habit !

1. I dont know why she likes yellow snow that is a mystery, but the poop eating thing is a vitamin deficiency, usually B get her a good puppy vitamin and give her daily, this will take a few days to get into her system, but once it does she wont eat poop anymore, I promise,
2. Male dogs are more likely to lick female dogs urine, but I don't know exactly why. To stop her, just keep her away from yellow pee on walks. Teaching her to heel, walk on a loose leash or a command such as look may help keep her distracted as you walk past yellow pee. Another command you could use is leave it or off, like you would when you don't want her to take garbage that is on the ground.
3. Yes, sounds like a vitamin deficiency. Young puppies will do this sometimes just to try anything once, but if your dog is out of puppyhood, it is most likely a deficiency. Sounds like a higher quality dog food would be good and a temporary vitamin supplement until it balances out. I'm sure her breath is lovely eh? Good luck!
