How Do I Get My Alaskan Malamute Into Sled Racing ?

I Have A 6 Month Old Alasakan Malamute B itch ... I Know She Shouldnt Be Used To Pull Until At Least 18 Months Old ... But Does Anyone Know How I Could Get Her Properly Trained To Be A Sled Racing Dog ???

2. they dont use alaskan malamutes or siberian huskies for sled racing, like the Ididarod(sp?) they use alaskan huskies(just all mixed breeds) im tellin you the truth here, i went to alaska and road on dog sleds, then the guy told us how to use them and explained what they do and stuff. he said they would NEVER use malamutes because they are too big boned(i kind of forget cause it was like a couple years ago) and they would use sibes, but they are lazy, he said some days they would run really fast but then the next morning they might not feel like running, but yeah they use alaskan huskies
3. Ask my daughter, I'm sure she would be happy to answer questions. She races Siberian Huskies. Started with sprints, First 1 dog then added more.
