What is a good arrangement for the members of a sled racing team?

I plan to be riding on the sled of course, but I don't know how to arrange the dog and cats. Would it be best to place the cats in front of the dog so that the dog chases the cats or arrange it with the dog in front to be a good leader while the cats follow it? The former would provide more motivation, right? I should clarify that this sort of sledding is like the sort used in the Iditarod.

1. hmmmm......i like the idea of the cats being in front and the dogs chasing the cats, you know it might make the cats go faster which will make the dogs go faster so in the end you will be going faster! Then you will win!!!
2. you need to get 2 havanese. put one in front there and the other in back cause then it dont matter if one way is better than the other. you get both ways!!!
