1. According to Wikipedia, most greyhounds FINISH racing at between 2 and 5 years of age. The average lifespan of greyhounds is 10-13 years. So, they must race when they are very young......wow.....
2. The normal age that Greyhounds start racing is 17 months old, and even the best retire by age 6.
