Where can i watch and download video of recent horse racing?

I want to put together a greatest hits of close horse races. But i dont know where i can download any of these recent races.

3. You won't find live horse races online... it's against the law and I don't know of ANY horse racing online... the people who handle the video for that, don't really CARE about putting it online.
