How old do you have to be to work at Windfields Farm Ltd?

I'm 14 right now and I was just wondering how old I have to be to work at Windfields. I have been around horses for years now and I have been interested in race horses and thoroughbred racing for like EVER! I wanna become a jockey when I'm older I and I would love to work and Windfields. Please if you can answer my question post your answer! Thanks a bunch♥
