How many times per week do you gamble? It could be the lottery, poker, horse or dog racing, bingo, etc.?
Do you believe gambling is inherent in Man. Risk-taking goes back thousands of years, in fact, people like Columbus took huge risks. Is gambling and risk-taking part of human nature?

- Everyone gambles when they get in their car to go somewhere. Risk-taking is in everyone, but some people are more risk adverse than others...
- It is in our nature to bet. Some of us do it on a small scale and some of us gamble each and every day. I think it goes along with our personalities. People who are competitive at thier jobs and at sports are your typical gamblers. I am one who gamble every day. If you break it down per week, I'd say I gamble around 50 times. Between sports betting, poker sessions and trip to the casinos. But I make money most weeks and love the rush of gambling, otherwise I wouldn't do it. It's definitely not for everyone.
- i gamble alot i play poker online hours a day and im addicted lol
- 6-7, I play a little online poker just about every day when I get home from work.
- I play poker pretty much every day, but I don't consider that "gambling" per se. Is risk-taking part of human nature? duh!
- I rarely gamble, I have other vices I use to keep me living, just above my means. I recon your right about risk taking, however I think with money it somehow is different. They have monitored the brain waves of people gambling, a control group & adicted gamblers. In the cases of addicted or compulsive gamblers, the bigest high they got, was when they had spent the last of there money. The circle had ended with no cash, they could go home. (That's what I read anyway) We are creatures of habbit. Nothing is safer than habbit, untill conditions change. All the best to you.
