Where can I find Shih tzu puppies in the DC, MD, VA area?

I am looking for local breeders of Shih Tzu puppies. Someone who is local so we can pick up puppy.

2. I always urge folks to find breeders through akc.org. You can usually get clubs, individuals, etc., and if they take the time to go through akc, they are usually pretty reputable! Good luck.
