- Chihuahua Chick.. your puppy cannot be a Champion at that age because you cannot even show a dog until 6 months of age.
- dont pay any mind to those Chi bashers! They hate b/c they ENVY. If you do a search on any search engine you will find many pics of baby chis. But you really haveto be specific when you ask what KIND of chi it is. There are the stocky chis which are usually Appleheads. Then there are the Deer type chi. This only means they are a leaner version of the applehead just with a thinner looking head. All these are just types out there and that isnt even getting into what size you are looking at getting. I have 3 chihuahuas that are Very tiny. I WOULDNT call them teacups but I have heard them called that a time or two from people at the parks we walk at. Then there are the larger chis that can go all the way up to 9-10 lbs. I have seen chis that are bigger than what the AKC standard sets but they are as pure as they can get. So I hope I helped if even a lil and if this breeder hasnt sent you pics beforehand of the puppy you are going to get or have paid for , then this breeder probably doesnt have YOUR or the PUPS best interest at heart. Be patient and you will find the perfect pup for you and your living environment. Have a great journey looking for your new BFF.... I also for got to mention WHO CARES IF YOU DONT GET A CHAMPION DOG. A true valued pet doesnt need papers to be loved. So dont pay any attention to those who keep on and on about pedigrees.
