ok i need to know all about minitaure doxands and chihuahua puppies?

i just adopted a puppy from paws and he is a minitaure doxand/chihuahua mix and i know alote about chihuahua puppies but i need to know more and alote about minitaure doxands so please help so i will know how to make him happy dachshand puppie my bad sorry im tired aparently

1. Ok the first thing you need to know is that there is no such thing as a "mini doxand" and it's spelled dachshund.

3. they are SO cute, my friend got one and named him McLovin. hers is very calm and shy, but every puppy is alike and different. don't look at him as a Chihuahua and a wiener dog, look at him as a chiweiner. hes his own self, don't look up things about just doxens and just Chihuahua's, many people have these dogs, so google chiweinie's it will work
4. Information found on sites like nextdaypets and puppyfind and dogbreed info are often inaccurate from my experience. The place to go is the national dog club page where they are experienced with the breed and can also refer you to books that might be helpful http://www.dachshund-dca.org/ You are absolutely correct to find out about each breed. "Chiweenies" are not a breed but rather "designer dogs" bred by dishonest people to make a quick buck. Good for you for adopting from rescue
