at what age do chihuahua puppies stop growing?

i have a chihuahua/toy poodle puppy that is 5 months old.

1. dogs usually stop growing 6 to 7 month dosnt matter the breed
2. Usually around 7 months is when they get their biggest.
3. Small dogs usually stop growing at 6 months. Larger dog breeds can take up to 2 years.
4. A purebred Chihuahua is about full grown at 6 months of age. A Chihuahua/toy Poodle cross is full grown around 7-9 months.
