- a person who takes care of ill animals
- a secretary in a vet's office
- You could work at a riding stable and be the person who books the rides. Or you could clean the stalls and bed them down and put out the hay, feed and water for the horses. There are several zoos that have programs where people do things like prepare the food for the animals and monitor their diets and such. It is not hand on, but the animals are nearby. A friend of mine used to work at the Baltimore Zoo as an animal nutritionist/dietitian. Most research on animals is hands on, but an assistant may not have as much hands on, but more data entry and such. Hope this helps!
- I'm a little confused by the question But theres not anything you could do with animals medically that wouldnt be hands on...unless your studying them in the wild or something... you could be a receptionist at a vets office you could be a wild animal photographer or you could use your voice to educate people about animals..these are just some of the things i could come up with but if your looking to make good money and you want to work with animals..your gonna have to get hands on! hope this helped
- There are many animal related jobs that do not require intensive "hands on" or daily husbandry or care of animals. How about a job doing research connected to Wildlife Conservation. Also Zoo's do not only employ Zoo Keepers . You may find job opportunities in Education or Promotion.
