are toy poodle x maltese puppies good with cats?

im thinking of getting a toy poodle x maltese puppie, good idea?

1. That really depends on both the dog's and the cat's individual personality. Besides, since you're talking about a mixed breed, any breed traits a dog may have do not apply.
2. Doesn't matter of the mix, it matter is how the individual dog itself is with cats, knowing puppies they can learn to live with the cat, cats are different, are they good with dogs?

4. Go for a pure poodle not a x poodles are great with cats I have 4 poodles and 2 cats my siamese thinks hes a poodle also poodle x maltese seem to yap alot

6. I'd be more concerned about the cat eating the puppy that the pup doing anything to the cat. That said, the mix sounds like the latest puppy-mill special. Please don't waste your money... consider adopting a dog from a rescue. that way, you can ask the rescuers how good or bad the dog is with cats.
