When do german shepherd puppies ears go erect?

1. My GSD's ears were crazy. One ear would go erect and the other would still be folded. Then they would flip flop seemingly over night lol. I think my dog was around 4 or 5 months old before hers finally stayed up which seemed a bit late compared to what most people were telling me.
2. your GSD's ears will go upright usually after they are finished teething. for some reason the ears go up and down and every which way when they are teething...lol my GSD looked like his antenna's were crossed on the top of his head....lol one thing I was told is you don't want to be touching and rubbing them excessively during this time. also I wanted to add that sometimes they won't go perfectly erect, it all depends on the dog.
