Are all Boxer puppies hard to train?

My Boxer puppy is so hard to train. He will not do what he is told to do. He thinks that he dose not have to listen to anybody. He bothers everybody and everything in his sight.

3. Of course he doesn't listen to what he's told to do, because he doesn't speak english and can't understand you! You need to TRAIN him. It doesn't sound like you are up for it. If the puppy is such a "bother", and you clearly aren't prepared to put the time and effort into training him, then maybe you should find him another home. Training doesn't mean that you say a command and expect the dog to understand. Training means that you say the command, then SHOW the dog what you want him to do, then reward him for doing it.
