  1. Probley about 400-900 dollars. ALOT!! SAVE A DOG FROM A RESCUE!!
  2. There is no such thing as a teacup ANYTHING. It's a silly word used to make people pay more money for a small dog, who by all rights, is that small anyway. If they are selling it as a "teacup", it's probably overpriced.
  3. Free - from your local shelter, or petfinder.com :)
  4. THERE IS NO SUCH THING AS A TEACUP YORKIE!!! Or a teacup anything! If someone tries to sell you a teacup yorkie, it is a backyard breeder trying to sell you badly bred pups. Yorkies are a small breed, some smaller than others, but none are teacups, they are all JUST YORKIES. A yorkie should be between $1,000 and $1,500 for a pet quality puppy. A show quality can be in the tens of thousands depending on the pedigree.
  5. $500- $600. They are expensive.Try looking in the newspaper for a cheaper one. But the full bred are expensive.
  6. Too much considering the fact that T-Cup is only a fancy way of saying 'runt.' Sheesh, it used to be that nobody would take the runt of the litter, now people want the tiniest most feeble puppy there is! So-called T-Cups are a result of careless inbreeding. Not line breeding so don't get the two confused. I'm talking T-Cups come from father/daughter, mother/son or brother/sister. This causes a deformity in the main shunt of the heart restricting blood flow and ultimatly restricting growth. There are even many 'breeders' out there who don't allow the pups to nurse as often as they should in an effort to slow the growth. All of this leads to very unhealthy puppies with weak immune systems and the potential to suffer hypoglycemia. It can also cut their life expectency by as much as half. Get a normal sized healthy dog. It's only a matter of a couple of pounds anyway. Surely you wouldn't let a few extra pounds determine whether or not you love your puppy?
  7. They cost nothing....just go into an ally and grab the biggest rat you find put a weave on it and TADA!!!! you have the same thing as a $1000.00 dog ....do you people really pay that much for a yapping rat? I agree go to the shelter and save a dog
  8. I have recently bought a teacup yorkie puppy from a private breeder, it's a male, it costs about $1,300. My sister also bought a yorkie, female, from a pet store, but not a teacup, she paid $1,600. I believe the average cost of a teacup yorkie is more than $1,000 due to its popularity compares to a regular yorkie. But of course, buy it from a private breeder can save you some money and the puppies will not be from the puppy mill.
  9. In California (I don't know where you live), a female TEACUP Yorkie runs anywhere from $2500 to $4000 or even $5000 dollars. Ludicrous! Who has that kind of money, especially for a sickly runt?
  10. There's NO SUCH THING as "teacup" ANYTHING!!!! Anybody advertising their CRAP as such is a LIAR & a CROOK! RUN AWAY!!!
  11. teacup is a nice way of saying they have continued to breed the runts out of standard with all their health problems so you will give them money for a dog you will fall over and break your leg in the middle of the night.
