What type of animals do easy breeding for easy money?
I've recently become interested in breeding animals. I want to sell them to make a little extra cash, but I definitely do NOT want to breed dogs. What is a good type of animal that will help me make good money from breeding them? And i'd like something easy to breed, if possible.

- If they were easy to breed, and breed well, and selling for good money then everyone owuld be doing it. The value of certain animals are defined, in part, by the difficulty of breeding them. Mind you, free range or organic pigs are worth a decent price if you can produce them, but you probably meant something you could breed at home, right?
- no animal is easy to breed except for rodents and they dont make money! i breed my staffordshire bull terrier and my cat and their not easy, far from...the last litter my dog had was 13 and i ended up having to hand rear them bottle feeding 13 pups every 2 hours is not good!!! theirs so many complcations that can occur in animal breeding that it takes all your time and money!!! i wouldnt waste my time if i were you!it will end up costing you more than you will make!
- Breeding any kind of animal is a poor way to make money. There is no such thing as easy money when it comes to animals.
- try guinea pigs. i breed my friends. i locked them in a small box together for half an hour and left them alone. And walah! a week later they had 3 babies. although they died cause there she had to go to school and didn't watch them very often and there was a massive storm :( have fun
- Making money is not a good reason for bringing animals into a world where so many animals are already in shelters and being put to sleep every day. A good breeder is someone who truly loves a certain breed, and does everything to establish a breeding program that will improve the breed. Very few people who breed animals properly can make money from it. Some people who can make a bit of money from breeding are people who are involved in showing their animals, and who have grand champions that they breed selectively. But they never make a lot of money from this. People who are raking in the big bucks are the ones who run puppy mills and similar operations for other species - people who breed animals that should never be bred, keep them in horrible conditions, and don't care for the animals at all, just the money.
- There is no such thing as "easy money". If you want to earn a profit, expect to work hard. The only animal breeding that has the potential for profit, involves high-quality specimens or rare animals who are expensive to purchase and expensive to keep. Successful breeding and sales requires an education, an investment and marketing (sales) experience. Lots of people breed their animals hoping to make a profit, only adding to the overpopulation of animals who are sitting in shelters waiting to be adopted. Don't be one of those people.
