I have 2 yorkie puppies 9 months old one of the puppies is getting angry with other puppy?

I dont get it. Mom of the two puppies just had a liter of puppies 5 weeks ago. The youngest is getting very upset at his sibling brother. Almost went into a big fight tonite. Over what?

1. There's no way to know. If you are not using the best temperament in breeding, they are not going to have the best in their puppies.
