Is it normal for an english bulldog puppy to have so much energy??

I know that he is a puppy....but I have a 5 month old english bulldog who is so hyper!! He doesnt nap unless we crate him and he constantly wants to play, not by himself, but with us. Thats fine, I understand he is a puppy and that he wants our attention, which we love to give him.....i just wanted ot know if anyone else has a bulldog and if yours is totally hyper like mine???

2. Yes, the bulldog puppies are actually very hyper which some people don't believe, because of their short and stock build. But yes they are hyper and they are a bundle of joy......aren't they?
3. Don't got a bull dog, But I have a syberian Husky. One of my friends had a bull dog, benji mix, and she came to play with our puppy. Even though our puppy was three times as big as my friends, they played for HOURS, on end, got up and did it again. Find a Husky puppy to let yours play with. That is the only other living thing that might actually knock your pup out.
4. I have a English bulldog too. He's 2 years old and still has a tonnes of energy. My breeder was telling me when it comes to this breed they are puppy's till their 3 years old. She said after 3 years old they chill out a lot. I'm waiting for that day to come. I feel your pain but here's a question for you. Does your dog get tonnes of energy after he takes a poo? Mine does and he runs laps around my house. It's crazy sometimes he'll be running so fast he doesn't pay attention and runs into walls. Your dog is normal. Your just gonna have to get use to it cause he's gonna be like that for a few more years.
5. well i have a totally hyper dobie puppy he is 4 1/2 mos old and he is a wild child. I guess its all about the dog they all have diff personalities. when he grows up he will be lazy dont worry haha. enjoy it now because it will be gone in no time. I know its hard to enjoy it because its annoying haha. good luck im in the same boat.
