I need to know how to take care of sick pit bull puppies?

1. Did you by any chance take them to the vet and find out what exactly they are sick with. If it is parvo good luck sister.

3. Pitty pups are especially susceptible to parvo. Get them to the vet right away. Although you should know that it's going to be expensive and time consuming if it is parvo. The most important first step is to prevent dehydration. Get some Pedialyte from the drug store A.S.A.P. and an eye dropper. You will need to be extremely diligent in attending to the hydrating of the pups. And, make sure not to choke the pups as you try to hydrate them. Keep them in a warm, dry area. It may not necessarilly be parvo. So, don't despair. But do get them medical attention right away, if you want to save them. Just a side note: wash your hand well and often after handling the sick pups.
4. You need to have them diagnosed by a vet first. Depending on what sickness they have, the vet will give you specific instructions. If they have parvo they will have to be hospitalized, if you have the cash to have them treated intensively for about a week and the survival rate is only 50%. Option 2 for parvo is euthanasia, unless you are a trained expert at treating this illness the pups dont have a chance. Even the experts, ei: vets, only have a 50% chance of saving them. It has been done but it is expensive. If the vet tells you they have parvo: 1. Either leave them with the vet for treatment $$$$ ,or 2. Have them put to sleep immediately. DO NOT take them home to fail at saving them. a) if is cruel to the animal, they will suffer greatly with parvo. b) if is highly contagious. If there are any other pups in the area it can be tracked from your house on shoes and infect the entire neighborhood.
