What shoud you include when making a flyer for puppies on sale?

I am making flyers for chihuahuas on sale. What should be on the flyer, I have a picture, phone number...anything else that's important.

1. how much, where to get them from, how many there are, that they will sell FAST (good advertisig point), make sure the picture is clear and makes the dogs look really cute. How old they are. hope this was helpful!
2. Address, names of dogs, thats all
3. If the dogs are AKC, if they are champion blood lines, pictures phone number........that's pretty much it. Be prepared to answer many questions, people are now becoming very educated what to look for in a breeder and what to ask a breeder. oh yeah, what you have how many females and how many males you have, how old they are, and when they will be ready, and if they received their first shots.
4. cost.. are they vaccinated.. age.. you should NOT sell pups under 8 weeks of age make sure you get everyones name, address, and phone number BEFORE selling to them.. if they refuse then dont sell to them you should NOT sell pups to anyone unless the pups are vaccinated..
5. One person had great luck when they put "6 puppies for sale, 5 are really pretty, 1 is ugly" They sold the 'ugly' one four times! All the dogs were the same, cute, but just having a distinction there made people sit up and take notice.
