Why do girls like horses so much?

This has intrigued me for a long time. All girls seem to love them.

1. Horses are loving, sensitive animals. They're prone to attach to someone that cares for them and are very devoted. And it feels great having such a big, powerful animal under my control.

4. I love horses. They are beautiful, majestic, and powerful all at the same time. They are sensetive and needy too. Yet, they return all that care and love that you show them ten fold! I think, in a subconsious way, they remind us of ourselves.

8. They are the most amazing animals, powerful, strong, noble and majestic but at the same time sensitive, caring, loving and shy..They have this mystical, calming energy surrounding them. To ride a horse isn't to be in control of an animal, its to be part of that animal..like..as one, its an indescribable feeling. I love it.. Hope that answers your question :D
9. I'm a girl and I don't like horses...in fact, I reckon they're pretty low on my most favoured animals...and I think girls who just love horses should grow up...or just get it over and done with and marry the blasted things...
10. I am a girl and i do love horses and guys should too! They are loving animals! they gracefull when you ride them and wild when they are free! Horses have maine and tail that flow with the wind and eyes like a clear ocean at its worst. Horses come in different colors, some brown,blonde,tan,black, multicolored, and more! I think i have made my point. If your a guy, dont hate horses, but you dont have to love them either..... Just let them be!
11. I never seen a horse up close and personal, but I don't dislike them or anything. They're cool. I love DOGS so much ;]
12. Why do guys like cars and trucks? Not all do, do they? Really young girls love horses and ballet for the same reasons boys love their trucks. Some boys will continue to love them as they get older, and some will forget about them. Same for girls and their horses. For a few, horses become a passion and will always be a massive part of their life, others just grow out of it and they find other things that they enjoy. Hope this explains it. x
