Star Fish and sea horses?

i have a tropical aquarium with one plec neon tetras 2 clown loach and white cloud mountain minnow and i would liketo know if a star fish/ sea star or a sea horse can be kept with these fish? thanks for you help thanks for the info sorry if i seem naive i dont really no much about freshwater fsh but i am making it my hobby so hopefully i will know as much as you lolx

1. Yes. Yes they can.
2. no, these are both saltwater and require special care in the home aquarium. the fish you have are freshwater tropical. they cannot be kept and even if you set up a tank for these fish it will be 6 mo to a year before you can have them because they require mature tanks and very specific care. EDIT: the best way to learn is to ask questions.
3. star fish and sea horses are salt water fish they will not survive in fresh water.
