1. I've gotten most of mine from my local tack shop. I'm sure you could get them off of the Breyer site, too.
2. Breyer horses used to be pretty rare (hard to find in stores), but now they seem to be available in many of the specialty toy stores (FAO Schwartz for instance). Some pet stores that have a tack "shop" area also sell them. I've even seen them at some of the regular pet stores like Petsmart which have the tack shop sections.
