How do you strip paint of a breyer horse?

I know to use acetone but how can you easly take all the paint of with it? i know that acetone can seriously ruin your hands. Can you just dip the breyer in acetone? Thanks!

3. I usually used nail polish remover on a cotton ball - rubber gloves are good
4. nail polish remover with cotton balls or q-tips!!! paint thinner just use thick rubber gloves!!!!
5. I would ask this question in the toy category as this has nothing to do with REAL horses... EDIT: Sorry if you don't like the truth, but I'm right! Last time I checked this wasn't the TOY category!
