Where can I find helpful information about customizing Breyer model horses?

I've been collecting Breyer models for most of my life, and the past few years, I've taken an interest in customizing them. I never got around to trying it, but now I think I'm ready to give it a shot, and I'm looking for some information for beginners to help me get started. I've read most of the articles on Breyer's website. I was wondering if there are any other really helpful resources available on the internet.
