Where in western Oregon and Washington can you see wild horses?

This summer I will be going up into the western part of Oregon and Washington and would really like to see some wild horses.

  3. You'd have better luck in the eastern part of both states, out of the plains' Try this link for information: www.kbrhorse.net/whb/blmor.html -
  4. I am from Washington, and I grew up riding and showing horses. I can tell you that there aren't any wild horses in Western Washington. Your best chance of seeing horses is Eastern Washington where there are large ranches, but the horses aren't going to be wild, but rather free roaming. If you want to see authentic wild mustangs, you would have to head to the southwestern or plains states where mustangs are still found.
