Are bengal cats dangerous, and are there any known cases of bengal cat attacks?

I am appealing to the South Dakota Department of Game Fish and Parks that Bengal Cats are not a threat to own as pets. If I could get any info to help my claim it woukld be an asset!

1. Any large cat can be dangerous.They are wild animals,not domestic pets.
2. The Bengal is a medium to large domestic feline that originates from crossings of the small Asian Leopard Cat (ALC) to the domestic cat in an attempt to create a companion with an "exotic" look but a domestic temperament. After four to five generations of Bengal-to-Bengal breeding, the breed is recognized for championship competition by most international domestic cat associations including TICA, ACFA, GCCF, and AACE.
