1. I know in Harker Heights (by Ft Hood) you can get it done for like $50. Aztec Pet Hospital
2. Pretty cheap if you do it yourself. Focused radiation works well.
3. i dont live around there but i called my local humane society and they gave me the number of a place that does it for $25 for females and $35 for males!!
4. Ask the humane society - many vets offer discounted services to people who either adopt or take in an abandoned cat. My best to you.
