My male Maine Coon cat is now 1 year old how much more will he grow.?
He is already bigger than your average moggy, but not as big as the ones I've seen in online pictures. I know Maine Coons continue to grow up until 3/4 years old, I'm trying to quantify how much bigger is he likely to grow.

- After a year they usually just fill out a bit.
- Maine's keep growing WELL past their first year. They will fully mature by the time they reach about 3-4 years of age. Enjoy them, they are wonderful cats!!!
- He is as tall as hes going to be, but will get a little wider!
- I have a maine coon that was stolen by my neighbors...then it came back looking like Totoro.... He was HUGE! As in ROUND huge and fluffy. He was only a little over a year old.
- Maine Coon cats are not fully grown until they are between 3 and 4 years old. Male Maine Coons tend to be bigger and if your Maine Coon is purebred he is sure to get bigger. Males typically grow to be about 13 - 18 pounds and females somewhat smaller. How big your Maine Coon will get depends on his breeding and how big his parents were and his line of pedigree.
- my aunt has one and he is 3 yrs old. and he weighs about 15 lbs. i think. so maybe around 1-2 yrs of age.
