how do you stop someone being obsessed with lol cats/dogs/penguins ?

3. Is it effecting you, in any way/shape/form. The obvious answer is 'yes' as you said it's annoying. You didn't give a lot of information, so I'm going to assume this person is logical, and can retain information fairly easy. Why don't you ask the person not to bother you with it, and if they choose to be obsessed within the confines of their mind, that's cool... but to not irritate you with it?
