What are some stupid breeds of dogs?

When I read the description of dog breeds, all of them so far say they are intelligent? Are they all intelligent? or are their some stupid ones?

1. ive had a very intelligent staffordshire, and ive had the dumbest mutt. Poms are TOO intelligent. afghans are sposed to be dumb, but the dumbest dog of mine were all x breeds.
2. there's no such thing as a stupid dog!only stupid questions!;) some dogs are known to be more stubborn but that's not stupidity!it's just part of their personality! every dog has a mind and personality of his/her own regardless of breed! hope this clarifies it for you that no dog is stupid but every dog regardless of breed has a different degree of intellect!
3. I think some dogs want to please their owners more, so they learn to make us happy. My dumbest dog was a mix, very good natured, loved everyone, but that was it, she only wanted to be friendly. I had a Irish Setter that was exceptionally intelligent, but everyone says their stupid. It also depends on the amount of attention they get when they are puppies.
4. Breeds of dogs aren't stupid...only the occasional individual dog. It also depends a lot on what you are basing the description of "intelligent" on. Many dog intelligence tests are biased towards activities that require a certain amount of cooperation or willingness to please. Thus, independent breeds such as sight hounds or northern breeds tend to be less successful than, say a herding breed. Finally, some people just don't know smart when they see it. I've worked with plenty of dogs whose owners claimed they were "stupid" only to find them quite bright and easy to work with.
5. The AKC website has all the AKC recognized breeds listed in order of rated intelligence. I believe the Afgan hound is rated the lowest.
6. I know a VErY dumb cavalier king charles spaniel..like really dumb. But this could just be the dog, not the breed. I also hear that basset hounds are one of the "less smart" dog breeds, but I could be wrong. Also, I have some very smart mutts!!
