please help name our puppy, is a papillon tiny little dog?

He is champion ship blood line, have been told needs to have a french name, two syllables are better.. he is white with brown ears, black tipped., little black moustache,, black and tan spots on back.. prances around, and looks very much like a baby deer.. I do think bambi would be cute, but husband doesnt like it. have had him now two weeks and cant find the right name to suit him.. or nick name to call him.. hubby said to have name today when he came home....... help!! Thanks for all reasonable names, if it helps his fathers name was tristan which is french, we have considered and tried to think of catchy yet not to weird french foods, wines, whatever. .. anyway ... thanks to all who send me lots, of possibilites. Well still cannot agree on anything. and i took pics but dont know how to upload on here... just keep em coming

9. something small the french eat. sparrow or peif as in edeith pief the french singer named the sparrow becuase she was small with a big voice, Or frog,snail, anything that lives that you can cook

13. Arghhhhh, I bet he's sooooo cute! I love their butterfly ears. I agree with your husband not to name him Bambi, bambi is cute, but I'd be more likely to call a girl that (don't ask me why!) If he's from a champion bloodline surely he needs a 'big' name... How about calling him 'Hercules' or 'Napoleon' or 'Duke' or 'Prince' or 'Oscar' ???? When I went to Greece once a restaurant owner called his chiuhuaua (however you spell it!) Hercules, and he was the cutest little thing, but a big personality....

17. PABLO not sure if its entirely french, sounds french. i,m sure one of the 'back yardagans' are called pablo. if you have kids you will have watched this on tv. good luck in the search. CARIAD i love this name but comes from wales! NEAMO also sounds french!
18. He sounds adorable - any pictures? As for names - what about Sheridan? Its a black and white alcoholic drink but its a sophisticated one! Or Mr Beau? Or Logan? Or, my favourite, Dante ( pronounced don - tay ), very swish!
19. Oh ...he must be lovely. I have 2 pappillons one is called Rudi the other one is girl she's called Amber. When we got him the breeder had called him Mitzi?? but I thot this sounded bit girly. Let me know what name you decide Good Luck
20. you should call her Belle, which means beautiful in French. Or Reine which means Queen.
