How would one go about introducing 2 dogs one being a hyper pitbull in a safe manner?

1. 1. choose a neutral place, a neighbors yard, a municiple park etc. 2. have both dogs on long leads, at least 10 feet 3. let them go and get out of the way, 4. if everything looks ok after a minute let them off leash and get out of the way further 5. play a happy game with no treats or toys just running and petting
2. There is no real safe manor. The best you can do is to put them both on a leash and hold them apart and gradually bring them together and let them check each other out. That's the best you can do. If they get along fine. If not? well don't know what to tell ya. All though pit bulls were originally bread to be fighting dogs. It all depends on how you raised them.
3. Slowly. Make sure one or the other is in a cage or a crate or has some kind of SOMETHING separating them so they can sniff eachother without crossing the line. Then you can turn the tables, put the other in a cage and let them be sniffed. After that you can introduce them on leashes. I'd bring a friend or two along lol good luck
